Tami Siewruk is the Chief Executive Officer and President of Siewruk Development Corporation, and the Chief Imagination Officer and Editor in Chief of Multifamilypro, based in Palm Harbor, Florida. Her companies specialize in providing the multifamily housing industry with the most current leasing, marketing, management, and training information available. As President of Siewruk Development, she has completed a 192-unit apartment community in Austin, Texas; and in partnership with Conine Residential Group & The Huizinga Group, developed 305 units in Dallas, Texas.

Founded by Tami Siewruk and based in Palm Harbor, FL, Multifamilypro is recognized industry-wide as a provider of tools, forms, information, and publications that support the multifamily industry and its leading professionals.  Her Tools & Forms Catalogue offers a wealth of sales, marketing, management and training aids, all designed specifically for the multifamily housing industry.

Tami is a co-author of NAHB’s highly successful book, How to Excel in Leasing Apartments, and the Certified Leasing Professional Course. She has served on Committees for RAM Digest, Certified Leasing Agent, Pillars of the Industry, and Multi-Housing World; and the National Association of Home Builders' (NAHB) Multifamily Councils' Membership Committee. In addtion served as Editor of NAHB's Multifamily Management magazine and as Chairman for the NAHB Multifamily Council sub-committee.  She is also the author of 101 Secrets to Relationship Leasing.
